采用LED均匀照明成像的机器视觉钢轨裂纹故障检测

对于铁路钢轨上的裂纹故障检测,目前基于机器视觉的检测技术主要存在的问题包括:(i)没有特定照明设计,捕获的图像会因光照导致细节缺失;(2)图像处理技术不完善,导致无法高精度检测故障;(3)传输设备的速度限制,造成图像信息处理不及时.因此,本文根据铁路钢轨图像信息特点,设计适合的特定均匀照明系统,并采用相应的图像裂纹检测技术,形成一套高效的钢轨裂纹检测系统.实验证明:该系统检测的准确率可达98%.
Machine Vision Rail Crack Detection Using LED Uniform Illumination Imaging
For the crack fault detection on railway rail,the main problems existing in the current detection technolo-gy based on machine vision include:(1)Without specific lighting design,the captured image will be missing details due to lighting;(2)The image processing technology is not perfect,resulting in failure detection with high precision;(3)The speed limit of the transmission equipment,resulting in the image information processing is not timely.Therefore,according to the characteristics of railway rail image information,this paper designs a specific uni-form lighting system and adopts the corresponding image crack detection technology to form a set of efficient rail crack detection system.Experiments show that the accuracy of the system can reach 98%.
