网格化环境空气质量监测仪校准用工况模拟舱

本文设计一种网格化环境空气质量监测仪校准用混气舱,并介绍了配气混合过程.该混气舱结构简单、可控性好、模拟方法简单易行.其稀释气和被稀释气气路配有对应的流量控制器和控制组件,能较好地控制送气机构的流量精度,提高预配制目标混合气的浓度精度、配气速率和换气效率.同时,稳定性好、温湿度可设可控,配备的废气收集机构能进行废气回收,便于模拟舱的快速清洁与其他浓度及不同温湿度混合气体的连续配制.
Simulation Cabin for Calibration of Grid Based Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Instruments
In this paper,an air mixing chamber for calibration of grid-based ambient air quality monitor is de-signed,and the mixing process of air distribution is introduced.The air mixing chamber has the advantages of sim-ple structure,good controllability and simple simulation method.The dilution gas and the diluted gas path are e-quipped with corresponding flow controller and control components,which can better control the flow accuracy of the delivery mechanism,improve the concentration accuracy of the pre-prepared target mixture,gas distribution rate and air exchange efficiency.At the same time,the stability is good,the temperature and humidity can be con-trolled,and the exhaust gas collection mechanism can recover the exhaust gas,which is convenient for the rapid cleaning of the simulation chamber and the continuous preparation of other concentrations and different temperature and humidity mixed gases.
