摘要

本文基于动态配气原理和自动控制技术的研究,研制易燃易爆气体监测系统原位在线校准装置,通过设计动态配气模块、供电模块、自动控制模块、通讯模块,实现气体流量动态精确控制、不同浓度标准气体的自动配制、软件自动控制,以及数据的通讯、处理和管理.结果表明:该装置可靠有效,满足易燃易爆气体监测系统原位在线校准需求.

Abstract

Based on the research of dynamic gas distribution principle and automatic control technology,this paper develops an in-situ online calibration device for flammable and explosive gas monitoring system.Through the de-sign of dynamic gas distribution module,power supply module,automatic control module and communication mod-ule,dynamic and accurate gas flow control,automatic preparation of standard gases of different concentrations,soft-ware automatic control,and data communication,processing and management are realized.The results show that the device is reliable and effective,and can meet the requirements of in-situ on-line calibration of flammable and ex-plosive gas monitoring system.
