摘要

磁性水凝胶在药物递送领域具有非常大的潜力,本文为实现药物负载的定向运输,分析了其微球运动原理;基于微流控技术,制备了尺寸均匀的载药磁性水凝胶微球;搭建了该微球的驱动平台,并通过控制产生磁场的频率和方向,控制其速度和方向,验证了磁性水凝胶在药物运输领域的可行性.

Abstract

Magnetic hydrogels have great potential in the field of drug delivery.In order to realize the directional transport of drug loads,the principle of microsphere movement is analyzed in this paper.Based on microfluidic technology,magnetic hydrogel microspheres with uniform size were prepared.The driving platform of the micro-sphere was built,and its feasibility in drug transportation was verified by controlling the frequency and direction of the generated magnetic field and controlling its speed and direction.
