装配体中,装配关系是零件公差标注的基准来源.为了解决实际的机械加工生产过程中装配配合上设计人员未按照实际的装配关系指定,以及可能存在模型封装导致的装配配合丢失等问题,本文提出一种基于SolidWorks装配体的零件基准识别方法,并进行二次开发,实现不同文件类型的装配体的装配关系自动识别,从而辅助零件体的基准选择,提高零件三位公差标注效率.
Part Datum Recognition Method Based in Assemblies on SolidWorks
In assembly,assembly relation is the reference source of part tolerance marking.In order to solve the problems that the designer does not specify the assembly match according to the actual assembly relationship in the actual machining production process,and the assembly match loss caused by model packaging,this paper proposes a part reference identification method based on SolidWorks assembly,and carries out secondary development.To realize the automatic identification of assembly relations of different file types,which can assist the reference selec-tion of parts and improve the efficiency of three-position tolerance marking of parts.
