本文结合计量机构对(振动与冲击传感器)基座应变灵敏度测试的需要,并基于自由振动的测试装置的不足,开展基于稳态正弦激励的(振动与冲击传感器)基座应变灵敏度测试装置的研究,包括机械系统、稳态正弦基座应变控制系统、测量系统等,通过电磁激励的方式,在(1~6)Hz范围内产生可控的稳态基座应变,从而实现(振动与冲击传感器)基座应变灵敏度的测试.
Research on Base Strain Sensitivity Testing Device for(Vibration and Shock Transducer)Based on Steady State Sinusoidal Excitation
Combined with the demand of the metrology institution for the base strain sensitivity test of the(vibration and shock Transducer),and the lack of the test device based on free vibration,the research of the base strain sen-sitivity testing device of the(vibration and shock Transducer)based on steady-state sinusoidal excitation is car-ried out,including mechanical system,steady-state sinusoidal base strain control system,measurement system,etc.,and the controllable steady-state base strain is generated in the range of(1~6)Hz by electromagnetic exci-tation.This enables testing of the base strain sensitivity of the base(vibration and shock Transducer).
