Analysis and Optimization of Statistical Deviation of Inlet and Outlet Capacity of Sewage Plant
The amount of treated water is the basis of sewage management,operation control and daily statistical a-nalysis of urban sewage treatment plants,and its accurate measurement is crucial to the safe,stable and low-car-bon operation of sewage treatment plants.Because there is always a certain deviation in the statistics of treated wa-ter quantity of inlet and outlet caliber,and the deviation is more obvious when the flow fluctuation is large or the water quantity is low.Therefore,by analyzing the causes of deviation,this paper puts forward the optimization method.Through the water balance analysis of water flow in and out of each water path,optimize the statistical cal-iber and reduce the error.By optimizing the process of design,installation,operation and maintenance,calibration and verification,the measurement accuracy is improved.
