摘要

为避免塔尺刻线示值误差在检测时中间格挡的影响,本文结合高度卡尺和全站仪,对其检测方法进行探讨,并分别建立数学模型进行试验.试验表明:塔尺两端刻线示值误差未超过-0.20mm,且全量程刻线示值误差均小于0,整体刻线值较小,在3750mm刻线处的示值误差最大为-1.40mm,满足JJG 8-1991《水准标尺检定规程》中全长(5m)误差小于±3.0mm要求.

Abstract

In order to avoid the influence of the middle block in the detection of the error of the marking line of the tower,this paper discusses the detection method of the height caliper and the total station,and establishes the math-ematical model for the test.The test shows that the error of the marking line at both ends of the tower ruler is not more than-0.20mm.The indicating error of the full range is less than 0,and the overall marking value is small,and the indicating error at the 3750mm marking point is the maximum of-1.40mm,which meets the requirement of the full-length(5m)error less than±3.0mm in the JJG 8-1991"Level Rod"verification regulation.
