为提高学生智能仪器设计水平,提高学生动手能力,该项目设计了一种教学演示用固体密度测量仪.首先,采用压力传感器分别测量吊篮中的固体在空气和浸没水中的重量;然后,通过比较两者的差值计算浮力大小,并采用阿基米德公式计算固体密度.实验证明:该设计测试样品的铝密度均值为2627.8kg/m3,相对误差均值为3.57%,固体密度测量仪测量精度符合设计要求,可在教学中作为智能仪器课程设计的实例使用.
Design of a Kind of Teaching Demonstration Solid Density Measuring Instrument
In order to improve students'intelligent instrument design level and practical ability,a solid density measuring instrument for teaching demonstration is designed in this project.Firstly,the weight of solids in the bas-ket in air and submerged water is measured by a pressure sensor.Then,the buoyancy is calculated by comparing the difference between the two,and the density of the solid is calculated by the Archimedes formula.The experi-mental results show that the average aluminum density of the test sample is 2627.8kg/m3 and the average relative error is 3.57%.The measuring accuracy of the solid density measuring instrument meets the design requirements and can be used as an example of intelligent instrument course design in teaching.
