光伏电池在室内光照条件下的电性能测量方法研究

5G时代的到来促进了室内物联网技术的快速发展.数量庞大的室内物联网设备具有低功耗、呈分布式的特点,由于光伏电池的室内发电技术可为其提供持续的离源型能源,因此备受国内外研究者的广泛关注.本文以钙钛矿太阳电池为例,介绍了光伏电池在室内光照条件下的电性能测量方法,包括室内光源辐照度的定标、光伏电池有效面积的测量、光伏电池温度的控制以及Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性曲线的测量等,为室内光伏产业的发展提供了参考.
Research on Measurement Method for Electrical Performance of Photovoltaic Cells with Indoor Light Conditions
The arrival of the 5G era has promoted the rapid development of indoor Internet of Things technology.A large number of indoor Internet of Things devices have the characteristics of low power consumption and distribu-tion,because the indoor power generation technology of photovoltaic cells can provide continuous off-source energy for them,so it has been widely concerned by researchers at home and abroad.Taking perovskite solar cells as an ex-ample,this paper introduces the electrical performance measurement method of photovoltaic cells under indoor light-ing conditions,including the calibration of the irradiance of indoor light source,the measurement of the effective are-a of photovoltaic cells,the control of photovoltaic cell temperature and the measurement of Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic curve,etc.,which provides a reference for the development of indoor photovoltaic industry.
