设计一种低成本的风量罩校准标准装置,可在大风量情况下同时稳定标准段和测量段的风量,从而完成各种风量罩的精确校准和测量工作;选用配备三对探头的标准超声波流量计作为主标准器;通过PLC可编程逻辑控制器自动采集检测数据,并通过试验验证得知,本装置和校准方法具有可操作性.
Research on a Calibration Standard Device for Air Flow Hood
A low cost calibration standard device of air volume hood is designed,which can stabilize the air volume of standard section and measuring section at the same time under the condition of high air volume,so as to complete the accurate calibration and measurement of various air volume hoods.A standard ultrasonic flowmeter with three pairs of probes is selected as the main standard;The test data is collected automatically by PLC programmable logic controller and verified by test.Experimental results show that the device and calibration method are operable.
