本文对所研发的普洱茶中重金属成分检测标准物质的长期稳定性进行了研究,阐述了该标准物质长期稳定性的研究理论及方法.该研究引用经典稳定性评估方案,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱方法,应用标准曲线分析规则(内标法),对普洱茶中Cr、Cu、Cd等重金属元素成分检测标准物质的长期稳定性进行了考察.结果表明:该实验可用于检验普洱茶中重金属成分检测标准物质的性能与品质.
Study on the Long-term Stability of Reference Materials for Heavy Metal Components Detection in Pu'er Tea
This article studies the long-term stability of the developed standard substance for detecting heavy met-al components in Pu'er tea,and elaborates on the research theory and methods of the long-term stability of the standard substance.This study cites the classic stability assessment scheme and uses inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to investigate the long-term stability of standard substances for detecting heavy metal elements such as Cr,Cu,and Cd in Pu'er tea using standard curve analysis rules(internal standard method).This experi-ment can be used to test the performance and quality of standard substances for detecting heavy metal components in Pu'er tea.
