In this paper,the measuring method of length measuring machine and T-shaped ball for measuring rod spacing in triangle spline ring gauge is studied.By analyzing the geometric relationship between T-shaped ball and triangle spline ring gauge,the conversion relationship between different diameter measuring ball and the best rod diameter is obtained.
