Based on the basic principle of fluorescence temperature measurement,this paper analyzes the basic principle,structure type and application scene of fluorescence temperature measurement device,and finds out the important factors affecting its accuracy.Compared with traditional contact thermometry and radiation thermometry,this method has irreplaceable advantages and development prospects in the actual industrial production process.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the method are discussed,the interference factors affecting the accuracy of the measurement process are eliminated,and the effective measurement method is proposed,so as to im-prove the accuracy of temperature measurement and realize the precision measurement of temperature by fluores-cence method.
