摘要
电子汽车衡是一个综合性的称量系统,包括秤体、显示装置、传感器、地基基础等,且检定过程是一个系统性的过程.本文根据市、县两级法定计量技术机构现有的检定技术及能力,结合现行数字指示秤检定规程和国家标准要求,着重对其检定过程中的标准砝码配置、维护与运输、调校、电子汽车衡作弊方式、通用技术要求的检查、检定规程的适用性等问题进行分析与探讨.
Abstract
Electronic truck scale is a comprehensive weighing system,including weighing body,display device,sensor,foundation and so on,and the verification process is a systematic process.According to the existing verifi-cation technology and ability of the legal metrology technical institutions at city and county level,combined with the current verification regulations of digital indicating scales and national standards,this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the standard weight configuration,maintenance and transportation,adjustment,cheating mode of electronic truck scales,inspection of general technical requirements,applicability of verification regulations and other issues in the verification process.
