Common Influencing Factors and Solutions of Roundness and Cylindricity Measuring Instrument in Measurement
Roundness,cylindricity meter is widely used in all kinds of precision workpiece roundness,cylindricity measurement.In order to make the measurement results more accurate and reliable,this paper analyzes the reasons that may cause the inaccurate measurement results of the roundness and cylindricity meter from the aspects of exter-nal use environment,air pressure,instrument leveling and aligning,self-calibration,filter setting,etc.,and puts forward some reference suggestions combined with their own use.
