Development of a New Adjustable Subdivision Step Foot Principle High Precision Industrial Injection Pump
In order to improve the injection accuracy and stability of the small-range precision injection pump be-low 5ml,a set of high-precision small-range industrial injection pump composed of high-precision rotary step-per motor,linear precision guide rail,piston,precision screw and other components has been independently pro-cessed.Experiments show that the injection pump can realize real-time calibration adjustment of step angle,and the injection accuracy can reach±1％.
