A Model for Evaluating Costs and Effectiveness of a PHM System Design Scheme
Fault prediction and Health Management(PHM)system is a new generation of equipment safety and re-liability enabling technology,has been gradually applied to complex equipment intensive industry.Aiming at the e-valuation problem of its design scheme,the cost and maintenance cost of applying PHM system are analyzed,the PHM benefit model and equipment failure rate estimation model are established,and the PHM cost effect evaluation method is put forward.
