Comparison and Analysis of Gas Detection Technologies Based on TDLAS
According to the basic principle of tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)tech-nology to measure gas concentration,three main measurement methods,namely direct absorption spectroscopy(DAS),wavelength modulation(WMS),frequency modulation spectroscopy(FMS),are analyzed in detail,and according to the application of TDLAS technology,The system composition,technical key points,detection limit,system cost and applicable environment are compared and analyzed respectively.
