摘要
本文提出了一种基于改进Canny边缘检测算法的导轨滑块尺寸测量方法.通过OpenCV机器视觉库,利用高斯平滑、自适应双阈值分割、霍夫变换等图像处理算法,对导轨滑块图像进行处理,实现滚动直线导轨滑块内滚道间距尺寸的在线精确测量.同时,对视觉测量法的可行性进行探讨和分析.
Abstract
In this paper,a method for measuring the size of guide slide block based on improved Canny edge detec-tion algorithm is proposed.Through OpenCV machine vision library,the image processing algorithms such as Gauss-ian smoothing,adaptive double threshold segmentation and Hough transform are used to process the image of the guide rail,and the online accurate measurement of the raceway spacing in the sliding block of the rolling linear guide rail is realized.At the same time,the feasibility of visual measurement method is discussed and analyzed.
