摘要
热压罐是复合材料生产的重要设备,属高温高压设备,广泛应用于航空、航天、机械、热处理、军工等行业.本文针对热压罐的特性,介绍了一种有效的涉及温度、压力、真空泄露率多参数的校准方法,并对使用过程中的一些关键参数进行分析,从技术指标要求、标准器的选择、及校准方法的确定进行探讨,从而确定一条准确可靠的溯源链条.
Abstract
Autoclave is an important equipment for the production of composite materials,belonging to high temper-ature and high pressure equipment,widely used in aviation,aerospace,machinery,heat treatment,military indus-try and other industries.According to the characteristics of autoclaved tank,this paper introduces an effective cali-bration method involving temperature,pressure and vacuum leakage rate,and analyzes some key parameters in the use process,discusses the technical index requirements,the selection of standard and the determination of calibra-tion method,so as to determine an accurate and reliable traceability chain.
