摘要

本文根据GB/T 41028-2021《航空航天流体系统液压软管、管道和接头组件的脉冲试验要求》,设计了一套液压软管脉冲测试系统.该系统基于LabVIEW和PLC控制,在阀控增压缸高压脉冲加载方案基础上,提出了比例放大器加继电器控制系统比例溢流阀的超高压脉冲加载方法,可实现最高70MPa水锤波脉冲试验.

Abstract

In this paper,a set of hydraulic hose pulse test system is designed according to GB/T 41028-2021"Requirements of Aerospace Fluid Systems Impulse Testing of Hydraulic Hoses,Tubing and Fitting assemblies".The system is based on LabVIEW and PLC control,and based on the high pressure pulse loading scheme of valvely-controlled booster cylinder,the ultra-high pressure pulse loading method of proportional amplifier and relay control system proportional relief valve is proposed,which can realize the pulse test of water hammer wave up to 70MPa.
