In order to meet the needs of the health management of phased array radar transceiver module(TR mod-ule)in the whole life cycle,a new health management mode is designed in this paper.Through the detailed analysis of TR module fault detection requirements,the fault detection content and response scheme are determined,and the design scheme,system block diagram and targeted detection circuit are proposed.The experiment shows that the fault location of the health management mode can cover 6 main faults of TR module,meet the health management requirements of TR module,and the designed prototype has high industrial application value.
