变P值PID控制在高炉粒化塔液位控制中的应用

粒化塔液位具有大惯性、大滞后、强非线性等特点.由于经典比例、积分、微分(PID)控制算法在流量瞬间增大时,无法满足自动控制,因此,本文采用变P值PID控制法,根据液位和液位的变化趋势调节P值.结果表明:该算法能快速使液位回到目标液位附近,波动范围由 1m降至0.3m,效果显著;稳定时频率变化较慢,且编程简单易于实现,满足液位控制精度,可延长电机频率振荡的周期、降低振幅,大大增加了使用寿命.
Application of Variable P-value PID Control in Liquid Level Control of Blast Furnace Granulation Tower
The liquid level of granulated tower has the characteristics of large inertia,large hysteresis and strong nonlinear.Because the classical proportional,integral and differential(PID)control algorithm can not meet the au-tomatic control when the flow rate increases instantaneously,this paper adopts the variable P-value PID control method to adjust the P-value according to the liquid level and the changing trend of the liquid level.The results show that the algorithm can quickly make the liquid level return to the target liquid level,the fluctuation range is reduced from 1m to 0.3m,and the effect is remarkable.When stable,the frequency changes slowly,and the pro-gramming is simple and easy to achieve,meet the level control accuracy,can extend the frequency oscillation peri-od of the motor,reduce the amplitude,and greatly increase the service life.
