酒精含量检测仪检定装置的长期稳定性研究

呼出气体酒精含量检测仪检定装置主要应用于酒检仪的量值溯源.发生源作为标准气体直接量传至下一级计量器具,稳定性至关重要,JJG 657-2019 检定规程规定了8h短期稳定性.由于无法通过整机溯源,得到稳定性数据,因此,本文通过对年工作量约 5000 台次的发生源进行3 年的使用观测,并对溯源数据进行分析.实验证明:各参数稳定性满足使用要求,稳定性数据均未超过规定的限值,可为计量标准的长期稳定性考核及日常使用提供参考.
Abstract
The verification device of exhaled gas alcohol content detector is mainly used in the measurement source of alcohol detector.As a standard gas,the source is directly transferred to the next level of measuring instruments,and stability is very important,and the JJG 657-2019 verification regulation stipulates the short-term stability of 8h.Since it is impossible to obtain stability data through the whole machine traceability,this paper conducts 3 years of use observation on the occurrence source of about 5000 units per year,and analyzes the traceability data.The ex-perimental results show that the stability of each parameter meets the requirements of use,and the stability data does not exceed the prescribed limit value,which can provide a reference for the long-term stability assessment and daily use of the measurement standard.
