摘要

太阳电池用恒温测试台是为性能测试提供恒定温度的平面温度源.由于其温度性会直接影响性能,且目前未有相关的校准规范进行校准.因此,本文通过建立针对温度偏差、波动度和均匀性计量特性的校准方法,并进行实验测试,对测试结果进行不确定度评定.

Abstract

The constant temperature test bench for solar cells is a flat temperature source that provides a constant temperature for performance testing.Because its temperature will directly affect the performance,and there is no relevant calibration specification for calibration.Therefore,this paper establishes calibration methods for the meas-urement characteristics of temperature deviation,fluctuation and uniformity,and conducts experimental tests to e-valuate the uncertainty of the test results.
