利用水基食品模拟物测试食品接触材料总迁移量时的加标回收方法研究

本文在食品接触材料的水基食品模拟物的总迁移试验中,为确保总迁移量检测结果的可靠性,对引入加标回收作为质控手段的可行性进行研究.首先,对4种常见无机盐在干燥与溶于水并烘干后的含水量变化进行测试;然后,以K2SO4作为加标物,对4种水基食品模拟物进行加标试验,并利用实际样品,在水基食品模拟物中进行总迁移量测试.结果表明:该加标物具有可行性.
Study of Spiked Recovery Methods for Testing Total Migration of Food Contact Materials Using Water-based Food Simulants
In the total migration test of water-based food simulants of food contact materials,in order to ensure the reliability of the total migration test results,the feasibility of introducing standard recovery as a means of quality control was studied.Firstly,the change of water content of 4 kinds of common inorganic salts after drying,dissol-ving in water and drying was tested.Then,K2SO4 was used as the additive to carry out the additive test for 4 kinds of water-based food simulants,and the total migration was tested in the water-based food simulants by using ac-tual samples.The results show that the additive is feasible.
