同步发电机作为一种成熟的发电技术,具有简便、清洁、高效等特点,被广泛应用于发电厂中.为了满足更安全、更高效率的工作需求,该研究根据其结构和工作原理,分析了电厂的特性试验和出厂的数据、直流耐压试验、转子交流阻抗和功率损耗试验、三相短路特性试验及空载特性试验.结果表明:(1)故障情况应对试验前后的数据进行比较,并综合不同的特性试验判断;(2)该方法可为故障检测和安全运行提供相关技术参考.
Structural Characteristics and Fault Analysis of Synchronous Generator
As a mature power generation technology,synchronous generator is widely used in power plants because of its simplicity,cleanliness and high efficiency.In order to meet the needs of safer and more efficient work,ac-cording to its structure and working principle,the characteristics test and factory data,DC voltage withstand test,rotor AC impedance and power loss test,three-phase short-circuit characteristic test and no-load characteristic test are analyzed.The results show that:(1)The fault conditions should be compared with the data before and after the test,and the different characteristic tests should be combined to judge;(2)This method can provide relevant technical reference for fault detection and safe operation.
