In this paper,the cork material and the combination of tooling design,design and study a fake cigarette defect standard parts instead of the real defect sample.Using single factor experiment method,the material and ap-pearance of standard parts were studied,and the cigarette blank detection of ZB45 packaging machine was simula-ted to verify the accuracy,durability and operation status of standard parts.The test shows that cork material is su-perior to other materials,the removal accuracy reaches 99％,the equipment is stable,durable and not easy to de-form;The rejection accuracy of combined tooling design is more stable.
