摘要

根据JJF 1030-2010检定规程,对恒温槽温度稳定性和均匀性进行测试.由于测试时间长,人工读数效率低且易出错,因此,本文将HDT1002型高精度测温仪作为电测设备,基于LabVIEW设计开发了恒温槽技术性能自动测试系统.该系统不仅可实现对标准铂电阻温度计读数的自动采集、记录和存储,而且提高了恒温槽技术性能测试的效率和准确性.

Abstract

According to JJF 1030-2010 verification regulation,the temperature stability and uniformity of the con-stant temperature tank were tested.Due to the long test time,low manual reading efficiency and easy error,this pa-per uses HDT1002 high-precision thermometer as electrical measuring equipment,and designs and develops an automatic test system for the technical performance of constant temperature tank based on LabVIEW.The system not only can automatically collect,record and store the readings of standard platinum resistance thermometer,but also can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the technical performance test of thermostatic chamber.
