多波段复合型火焰探测器设计

针对目前火焰探测器存在的抗干扰能力较弱、响应速度慢等问题,设计了一款多波段复合型火焰探测器.该系统由三波段红外和单波段紫外共四波段组成,可同时编写相应的火焰检测算法,与传统的火焰探测器相比,具有更强的抗干扰能力.实验表明:该设备在15m内可快速、准确地检测火焰,能有效区分真假火,误报率低,响应时间小于3s,具有较强的实用性.
Design of Multi-band Composite Flame Detector
Aiming at the problems of weak anti-interference ability and slow response of current flame detectors,a multi-band composite flame detector is designed.The system is composed of three bands infrared and one band ultraviolet,and the corresponding flame detection algorithm can be programmed at the same time.Compared with the traditional flame detector,it has stronger anti-jamming ability.The experiment shows that the device can de-tect the flame quickly and accurately within 15m,distinguish the true and false fire effectively,the false alarm rate is low,the response time is less than 3s,and it has strong practicability.
