Design and Fabrication of TRL Calibration Components for Non Coaxial Measurement of Vector Network Analyzer
It is difficult for vector network analyzer to achieve ideal matching load under non-coaxial and high frequency conditions,but TRL calibration can reduce the parameter requirements and improve the accuracy.Therefore,the principle and design principle of TRL calibration technology are introduced in this paper.Taking HDMI cable measurement as an example,the whole process of TRL calibration for non-coaxial measurement is discussed,in-cluding design method,performance verification and measurement test,so as to provide reference for related techni-cal research.
