As an important part of measurement work,quality measurement is an important link in industrial pro-duction,which is of great significance to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency.This paper aims to analyze and study the patent literature related to quality measurement technology in China from the dimensions of development trend,technology distribution and innovation subjects,so that metrology workers can better understand the patent distribution situation,and promote the overall situation among the subjects of production,study,re-search and use in this field.
