摘要

JJG 891-2019《电容法和电阻法谷物水分测定仪》中采用105℃热风干燥法测定谷物实际含水率,测量精度高,但耗费时间长.本文以稻谷为例,通过降低其堆叠厚度、增加颗粒粉碎细度的方法,分析了实验因素对提高电容法和电阻法谷物水分测定仪检定效率的影响.

Abstract

JJG 891-2019"Capacitive and Resistive Grain Moisture Testers"adopts 105℃ hot air drying method to determine the actual moisture content of grains,which has high measurement accuracy but takes a long time.Taking rice as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of experimental factors on improving the verification ef-ficiency of grain moisture meter by reducing the stacking thickness and increasing the particle crushing fineness.
