传统的电梯控制系统具有控制柜体积大、布线复杂、接触器易磨损等缺点.本文依据GB/T 12668.502-2013国家标准要求,设计了一种具有故障诊断功能的双通道架构的STO功能电路,并将其应用于电梯控制系统.实验证明:该功能电路安全完整性等级为SIL3,硬件故障裕度为1,满足GB/T 7588.1-2020国家标准对电梯控制系统的要求.
Application of a STO Functional Circuit Based on MCU Diagnosis in Elevator Control System
The traditional elevator control system has some disadvantages such as large volume of control cabinet,complex wiring and easy wear of contactor.According to GB/T 12668.502-2013 national standard,a two-chan-nel STO circuit with fault diagnosis function is designed and applied to elevator control system.The experiment shows that the safety integrity level of the functional circuit is SIL3 and the hardware fault margin is 1,which meets the requirements of GB/T 7588.1-2020 national standard for elevator control system.
