摘要

本文针对药用真空冷冻干燥机在传热传质过程中的特性和参数,结合国内外行业标准和技术方法,研制了多参数校准系统.同时,采用无线双通道设计,对西林瓶内冻干过程实际温度及冻干室内真空参数进行校准,并进行实验验证.实验证明:该系统基于实际校准工作需求,能使校准过程更加高效便利,具有可行性和有效性,可为量值溯源提供更有效的标准器.

Abstract

According to the characteristics and parameters of medical vacuum freeze dryer in the process of heat and mass transfer,combined with domestic and foreign industry standards and technical methods,a multi-parameter calibration system was developed.At the same time,the wireless dual-channel design was used to calibrate the ac-tual temperature and vacuum parameters in the freeze-drying process of Xilin bottle,and the experimental verifi-cation was carried out.Experiments show that the system can make the calibration process more efficient and con-venient,feasible and effective,and can provide a more effective standard for quantity traceability based on the ac-tual calibration requirements.
