Asphalt content is the key index that affects the construction quality of asphalt concrete pavement.Its ac-curate and rapid measurement can provide scientific and accurate data support for construction control.Based on the research on the calibration method of the bitumen content tester for combustion method,this paper proposes a scheme to improve the existing verification process and calibrate the main parameters of the temperature indication error,heating time,weighing indication error and weighing repeatability of the main combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber,and expounds the measurement standard,calibration method and uncertainty eval-uation required for the calibration of each parameter of the tester.It provides reference for testing and measurement calibration.
