材料对工业CT测量精度影响的实验研究

为探究不同材料对工业CT(Computerized tomography)测量精度的影响,本文采用几种典型的金属、非金属材料,以影像仪的测量值为标准值,对其在工业CT下的测量误差进行实验研究.结果表明:测量精度误差会随材料密度的增大而增大.该实验验证了两者的相关性,可为测量精度的修正提供理论依据.
Experimental Research on the Influence of Materials on the Measurement Accuracy of Industrial CT
In order to explore the influence of different materials on the measurement accuracy of industrial CT(Computerized tomography),this paper uses several typical metal and non-metal materials as standard values to study the measurement errors of industrial CT.The results show that the measurement accuracy error increases with the increase of material density.The experiment verifies the correlation between the two and provides a theoretical basis for the correction of measurement accuracy.
