Research on Calibration Method for On-line Analyzers of Biochemical Oxygen Demand(BOD)
This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of BOD online monitor based on UV-VIS spectroscopy,defines the measurement characteristics of the monitor,determines the calibration environment conditions,measurement standards,calibration items and calibration methods,and evaluates the uncertainty of the relative error of the indicator value of the key performance indicators of the monitor.At the same time,different mo-nitors are tested and verified.The results show that the performance index setting of the monitor is scientific and rea-sonable,and the calibration method is operable.
