In order to improve the measurement efficiency and quality of the integrated automatic test system,this paper proposes an integrated in-situ automatic measurement method.By designing a special measurement adapter,the automatic measurement software module,measurement data correction software module(which can directly cor-rect the system test results)and measurement report generation software module are developed,which improves the convenience and automation of measurement.The accuracy of the automatic test system is guaranteed,and good re-sults have been obtained in engineering practice.
