踏板力计的准确度直接关系着车辆制动系统的可靠性,影响车辆行驶的安全性.本文设计了一种便携式的汽车踏板力计校准装置,结合砝码或测力传感器,对计轴向和倾斜向进行校准.实验证明:该装置能提高力计的精度,不受场地制约,结构稳定可靠,安装方便;适用于车企和生产厂家对设备的自校;采用Solidworks软件进行结构设计及有限元分析,不仅性能达到设计要求,而且对汽车踏板力计的校准结果符合JJF 1169-2007 校准规范.
Development of Portable Calibration Device for Automobile Pedal Force Meter
The accuracy of pedal force meter is directly related to the reliability of vehicle braking system and af-fects the safety of vehicle driving.In this paper,a portable calibration device for automobile pedal force meter is de-signed,which is combined with weights or force sensors to calibrate the axial and tilt direction of the me-ter.Experimental results show that the device can improve the accuracy of the force meter,is not restricted by the site,has stable and reliable structure,and is convenient to install.It is suitable for auto companies and manufactur-ers to self-check the equipment;Using Solidworks software for structural design and finite element analysis,not only the performance meets the design requirements,but also the calibration result of the automobile pedal force meter conforms to the JJF 1169-2007 calibration specification.
