机动车排放非现场监测设备数据采集系统研制及应用

针对多台套机动车排放非现场监测设备不能实时采集同一机动车油耗值和排放值的问题,研制了一种油耗和排放测量数据采集系统,并开展了机动车排放试验.试验表明:该系统可同时实现便携式排放测试系统对OBD油耗值和机动车尾气遥感检测系统测量气体浓度值的动态校准,对我国动态校准技术在机动车排放计量检测领域的应用具有重要的参考意义.
Development and Application of Dynamic Calibration System for Off Site Monitoring Equipment of Motor Vehicle Emissions
In order to solve the problems that multiple sets of off-site vehicle emission monitoring equipment can not collect the same vehicle fuel consumption and emission value in real time,a data acquisition system is devel-oped,and the vehicle emission test is carried out.The test results show that the system can realize the dynamic cali-bration of OBD fuel consumption by portable emissions measurement system and gas concentration measured by re-mote sensing measurement systems of vehicle exhaust at the same time,which has important reference significance for the application of dynamic calibration technology in the field of vehicle emission measurement and detection in China.
