Research and Implementation of a Pendulum Impact Hammer for Shell Strength Test
In this paper,the quality condition of the pendulum impact hammer is studied when it is used to detect the shell material under impact load.By controlling the lifting platform,the transverse guide module and the longi-tudinal guide module,the position of the test sample placement table is adjusted,and the pendulum is controlled to automatically lift to the set angle,stay and release through the motor drive unit and the angle sensor.The pressure sensor feedback the impact energy,so as to realize the impact test of the standard impact energy on different parts of the tested sample of different sizes.Improve the applicability and accuracy of the test.
