静压气浮轴承在标准维氏硬度机主轴上的应用研究

为提高标准维氏硬度机试验力的准确度,本文设计了一套具有静压气浮主轴的维氏硬度验装置.将静压气浮轴承应用于主轴导向的结构,并根据标准维氏硬度机的结构特点和对试验力的要求,综合考虑该轴承的刚度、精度、摩擦力等因素,探讨了应用于维氏硬度标准机主轴的可行性.实验表明:该装置的试验力和硬度值误差符合规程要求,能有效提高维氏硬度试验的准确度.
Research on the Application of Hydrostatic Air Bearing on the Spindle of Standard Vickers Hardness Machine
In order to improve the accuracy of testing force of standard Vickers hardness machine,a Vickers hard-ness testing device with static pressure air floating spindle is designed in this paper.Based on the structural charac-teristics of the standard Vickers hardness machine and the requirements of the test force,the feasibility of applying the bearing to the standard Vickers hardness machine is discussed.The experimental results show that the test force and hardness value errors of the device meet the requirements of the specification,and can effectively improve the accuracy of Vickers hardness test.
