摘要

底壁控温真空干燥箱可在真空环境下,快速高效地对干燥热敏性、易分解性、易氧化性及复杂组分物质进行干燥处理,被广泛应用于生物、化学、制药、医疗、农业、环保等领域.本文对其温场特性进行探索,包括真空与常压状态下温场的差异及温度影响因素,为计量与校准提供参考.

Abstract

The bottom-wall temperature-controlled vacuum drying oven can quickly and efficiently dry the heat-sensitive,easily decomposing,easily oxidizing and complex components in the vacuum environment,and is widely used in biology,chemistry,pharmaceutical,medical,agriculture,environmental protection and other fields.In this paper,the characteristics of its temperature field are explored,including the difference between vacu-um and atmospheric pressure temperature field and the influence factors of temperature,so as to provide reference for measurement and calibration.
