摘要

高压水除鳞系统在线能效评估是以高压泵运行信号、除鳞信号、集管设计参数等数据,结合泵类设备做功机理模型,对该系统的能效进行在线评估,从而使辅助设备管理人员对设备异常做出判断,提升高压水系统的运行效率.

Abstract

The online energy efficiency evaluation of high-pressure water descaling system is based on the high pressure pump operating signal,descaling signal,header design parameters and other data,combined with the work mechanism model of pump equipment,to evaluate the energy efficiency of the system online,so as to enable the auxiliary equipment management personnel to judge equipment anomalies and improve the operating efficiency of the high-pressure water system.
