In this paper,the verification method of sterilization effect of pressure steam sterilization equipment and the criteria for judging the parameters of sterilization physical indicators are introduced,and the sterilization temper-ature,time and pressure parameters of 25 pressure steam sterilizers are monitored,which verifies the importance of physical monitoring and provides a basis for the necessity of practical monitoring.
