热电偶进行动态温度测量时,时间常数作为重要的动态参数指标,会直接影响测量结果准确度.本文在相关热电偶动态性能测试方法的基础上,分析斜坡信号作为激励的原理及测量误差;采用高温炉构建热电偶时间常数测试系统,并分析换热环境及斜坡激励温度信号的产生方法;使用该测试系统,对K型热电偶的时间常数进行测试,并给出不同炉内温度下热电偶时间常数与温度的关系.
Time Constant Measurement System of the Thermocouple Based on High Temperature Furnace
The time constant,as an important dynamic parameter index,will directly affect the accuracy of the measurement results when the thermocouple is used for dynamic temperature measurement.Based on the test method of the dynamic performance of the relevant thermocouple,the principle of slope signal as excitation and the measure-ment error are analyzed in this paper.The time constant test system of thermocouple is constructed by using high temperature furnace,and the heat transfer environment and the generating method of slope excitation temperature signal are analyzed.The test system is used to test the time constant of type K thermocouple,and the relationship be-tween the thermocouple time constant and temperature under different furnace temperature is given.
