摘要

为实现实验场所温湿度的快速稳定和集中监控,针对数字温湿度计无法实现记录、远程监控和报警功能,以及示值超差会引起设备报废的问题,采用无线加有线物联技术和示值标定方法,使温湿度传感器探头具有拆卸、更换和软件标定温度、湿度示值的功能.结果表明:该方法可降低设备的停用报废率,应用于对环境温湿度要求严格的实验室.

Abstract

In order to realize the rapid,stable and centralized monitoring of temperature and humidity in the experi-mental site,in view of the inability of digital hygrograph to achieve recording,remote monitoring and alarm func-tions,as well as the problem that the abnormal indicator value will cause the equipment to be scrapped,wireless and wired internet of things technology and indicator calibration method are used to make the temperature and hu-midity sensor probe have the functions of disassembly,replacement and software calibration of temperature and hu-midity values.The results show that the method can reduce the decommissioning rate of the equipment,and can be applied to the laboratory with strict requirements on ambient temperature and humidity.
