采用热重法,对淀粉基塑料购物袋中淀粉含量进行测量,并对影响测量的各不确定度分量进行分析与评定.结果表明:当淀粉含量为15.37%时,扩展不确定度为0.22%(k=2).同时,由于重复性分量的相对贡献较大,因此,检验检测机构应重视仪器维护与人员培训工作.
Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measuring Starch Content in Starch Based Plastic Shopping Bags Using Thermogravimetric Method
The content of starch in starch based plastic shopping bag was measured by thermogravimetric method,and the uncertainty components affecting the measurement were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that when the starch content was 15.37%,the extended uncertainty was 0.22%(k=2).At the same time,due to the relative contribution of repeatability components,inspection and testing institutions should pay attention to instru-ment maintenance and personnel training.
